Can I choose my room in the building?
Normally rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis. You can specify any special requests at the time of your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you in that room.

Is there somewhere to store my bike?
Yes, we have bike storage available free to residents.

Do you have extra storage for suitcases?
Yes, we do have limited space for suitcase storage. Enquiries can be made at the front desk on arrival. Free of charge.

What furniture is in my room?
Our rooms are all standardised and have the same high-quality furniture throughout. You will be provided of a full list of the furniture in your room when signing the contract.

Is there a curfew?

No, you can come and go as you please.

Can I smoke in my room?
No, all Campus Inside accommodation is non-smoking.

Will I have a TV in-room?
No, however flat screen TV is provided in the communal area.

Will my room be cleaned?
At Campus Inside we have a housekeeping team on-site, they will clean all communal areas in the reidence on a daily basis. Once a week cleaning of your room is also included in the price.

What if something in my room breaks?
Should you have a problem with anything in your room;our maintenance staff will fix it as soon as possible for you. Maintenance issues can be reported online or with the front desk.

Is there a laundry?
Yes. Laundry area is located in the lower floor of the residence. It is free of carge.

Do you provide bedding?
Yes. We provide a pillow and duvet , also both bedding and one towel.

What do I need to bring?
Please make sure you bring your Campus Inside Booking confirmation, a Photo ID, University Confirmation letter, toiletries, your laptop and any accessories to make your room feel more like your home!

What documents are required for me to check-in at a Campus Inside residence?
We require a copy of your passport, visa and university acceptance letter. Without these you will not be able to check-in at the residence.

What is the normal payment structure?
You need to pay a deposit fee of 450 eu at the time of making your booking. The rest of your stay must be payed monthly directly in our main office or through bank transfer. Payment must be done the first 5 days of the month.
